Meet Desmond Carter Bey,

Vice President of Security Operations for the Housing Authority of Baltimore City and retired Major Commander of the Southwest District.
He has served nearly 30 years as member of the Baltimore City Police Department . Despond is no stranger to establishing relationships in the communities where he has lived and served.
His experience includes more than a decade of service to our United Stated Military as First Lieutenant and Military Intelligence Specialist .
HABC looks forward to his brand of customer service he will bring to our residents. He intends to integrate transparency and trust of his security team into our communities.
