It has been a decade since the Rising Star Scholarship program has started supporting the dreams of our most talented yet vulnerable population of students; residents of the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, who might otherwise not be able to attend college.

Typically each year, Resident Services gives out 5 awards, but this year the applicants were SO PHENOMENAL that they awarded an additional $5,000 scholarship.
